Start With the Work, Not the Tool
The mistake we see most often is buying licenses first and looking for a use afterward. Six months later Copilot is turned on for everyone, three people use it, and nobody can say whether it was worth it.
We flip that order. Before recommending anything, we sit with the people doing the work — billing, intake, project management, the front desk — and map what they actually spend their day on. Some of it AI can take over today. Some of it needs your data cleaned up first. Some of it should stay exactly as it is.
You get a written roadmap: what to do first, what it depends on, what it will cost, and what "working" looks like so you can measure it. If the honest answer is that you're not ready yet, we'll say so and tell you what to fix first.
